MiChelle Passamaneck

MiChelle Passamaneck MSN RN CPNP CUNP is certified as both a pediatric and urology nurse practitioner. She has been a PNP for 14 years and specialized in pediatric urology for the last 7 years. During this time, MiChelle has pioneered and developed a unique process based primarily on functional and behavioral modification to address these common, yet worrisome, issues related to elimination dysfunction. This program has been proven to be highly successful for the patients and families and as a result, this model has been adopted by centers nationwide. With appropriate utilization of the program, > 90% of patients show significant improvement within 4-6 weeks, except for those with nocturnal enuresis which shows improvement in 4-6 months.

MiChelle has also been invited to present the techniques and results of the program locally, nationally and internationally. She is an active member of the Nat’l Assoc of PNPs, Pediatric Urology Nurse Section of the AAP, and the Society of Urology Nurse Associates. MiChelle has lectured more that 150 times on Dysfunctional Elimination and has articles published in scholarly journals. More than 50 nurse practitioners and MDs have trained with MiChelle to learn the program that she has developed.

MiChelle is excited about the opportunity to work with patients, families and providers in addressing these problems.
